Puri Jagannadh Partners with Gopichand After Double Ismart Failure: A New Chapter in Filmmaking
Superstar director Puri Jagannadh suffered a severe blow to his career with Double Ismart (2024), the follow-up to Ismart Shankar (2019), starring Ram Pothineni, Kavya Thapar, and Sanjay Dutt. Although the first film did well at the box office, the most recent movie was a complete failure.
While many anticipated that Puri would helm Chiranjeevi in his upcoming film, the writer-director is really collaborating with actor Gopichand on a mass-market hit.
