The eagerly anticipated sequel to the 2021 box office smash Pushpa: The Rising has finally been updated. Pushpa 2, directed by the unconventional Sukumar, stars national favourite Rashmika Mandanna and icon actor Allu Arjun.
On Wednesday, the creators of Pushpa 2: The Rule released a unique video to tease fans and provide an update on the highly awaited sequel. Mythri Movie Producers revealed on Wednesday that the genuine teaser will be published on April 7 in honour of actor Allu Arjun’s birthday.
In the latest video titled “Where Is Pushpa,” it was revealed that Pushpa had fled from the Tirupati prison after suffering gunshot wounds. The film also included some quick views of riots and irrational street behaviour. It’s not clear, though, if this film is made of entirely of the footage from the second installment or simply a few random frames.

The second segment will centre on Allu Arjun’s confrontation with Fahadh Faasil, who first appeared as the main adversary towards the conclusion of the first movie, Pushpa: The Rising. Rashmika Mandanna, who reprises the role of Srivalli from the first chapter, is also featured in the film.
In this movie, being massively produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Sunil, and Jagadeesh will also appear in the same roles from the first outing. The film’s music is directed by Devi Sri Prasad. Let’s hope the producers can live up to audience expectations with the teaser, which will be released on April 7th.
