It was once thought that Rebel Star Prabhas would make his Hollywood debut with the science fiction movie “Project K,” which is being developed on a sizable budget and is being directed by Nag Ashwin. But it seems like another movie might succeed even before Project K in the English-speaking nations, especially in the United States.
In September of this year, the movie “Salaar,” which is directed by Prashanth Neel, the man behind KGF, will be released. Salaar’s producers are preparing to release the English-subtitled version in the European and American markets, despite the fact that the movie will undoubtedly receive a pan-Indian release. There are rumours that the English-language version of the film will also be shown in some Indian venues.
As was the case with RRR, Hindi and Telugu versions are typically aired with English subtitles. If Salaar, as is being reported, does release a direct English version, the impact will undoubtedly be greater and unfathomable. Let’s hope that Prabhas and Prashant Neel’s film will win over Hollywood audiences and add the actor to the list of other global stars that we already have.
Prabhas plays the title character in Salaar, which also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran as VardharajaMannaar and Jagapathi Babu and Shruti Haasan in supporting parts.
