In preparation for her upcoming Telugu film Dasara, actress Keerthy Suresh gave the film crew 130 gold coins on the final day of production. The gold coins are reportedly valued Rs. 70 lakhs. The film Dasara, which debuts on March 30, also has Nani in the starring position.
130 crew workers, including drivers and light lads, received one gold coin each from Keerthy, the movie’s publicist said to the media. “Yes, it is accurate to say that Keerthy ma’am gave gold coins to each member of the Dasara crew. This also applies to drivers and light lads. I’m not sure how much the gold coins are worth or if they total Rs. 70 lakh, he added.
Keerthy plays a character named Vennela in Dasara. She is coupled with Nani in this movie for the second time after Nenu Local, which raised the bar for the audience.
Dasara, which was directed by Srikanth Odela, featured music by Santhosh Narayanan and cinematography by Sathyan Sooryan ISC. The film’s production designer is Avinash Kolla, the editor is Navin Nooli, and the executive producer is Vijay Chaganti. The film’s producer is Sudhakar Cherukuri.
The movie stars Rajsekhar Aningi, Keerthy Suresh, Dheekshith Shetty, Samuthirakani, Zarina Wahab, and Nani. On March 30, the movie will be seen in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam theatres. The Singareni coal mines in Ramagundam’s Godavarikhani in Telangana serve as the backdrop for the movie.
