Naga Chaitanya, one of the most sought after stars in Tollywood was almost considered to be the lead in Janaka Aithe Ganaka, the forthcoming film. While Chaitanya is busy in his ambitious project Thandel, Janaka Aithe Ganaka is scheduled for a release on October 12th and has an interesting background linking the actor to the movie.
At a recent interview, director Sandeep Bandla revealed that Naga Chaitanya was his first pick for the title character of Janaka Aithe Ganaka. Bandla expressed that he was in discussion with Chaitanya for months, and it was because he was hopeful that the star would commit to the project. However, at that time, Chaitanya was engaged with Sekhar Kammula’s Love Story and couldn’t accept the role.
The lead hero of this movie, Chaitanya, was not available for this movie; if he would have then this lineup would not have happened. The absence of Chaitanya changed the path of this movie where there was a huge opening for Suhas, whose rise in Tollywood has been tremendous. All we can do is imagine how the movie would have turned out with Chaitanya as the hero, but one thing sure is that Janaka Aithe Ganaka will still be enjoyed at the theatres with lots of excitement.
Sangeerthana Vipin is also playing in this movie, which is produced by Hanshitha Reddy and Harshith Reddy. As the banner of Sri Then endral music director Vijai Bulganin of Baby fame, is already making lots of buzz for promising a complete cinematic experience.

As the release date approaches, audiences will get curious to see how the actor performs in a role which perhaps was suited to Naga Chaitanya, adding more to Janaka Aithe Ganaka’s hype.
But much of a movie’s success hangs upon such minor decisions, and this once was an opportunity for one of the biggest stars to play this particular role, but for now, it shall be played by Suhas.
