Star hero Darshan Toogudeepa of Kannada is in jail after being named as the primary suspect in his devoted follower Renukaswamy’s murder.He has been locked up in Bengaluru central jail for the last few months and it has been tough going for the otherwise lavishly blessed star hero.
In an offensive video clip that has gone viral and is trending on social media, Darshan can be seen expressing his annoyance with the media. As he is led into the jail, he is seen giving the media an indirect middle finger.
This might be due to recent media stories and recordings taken directly from Bengaluru Central Jail, in which Darshan was seen smoking a cigarette and enjoying a cup of coffee while sitting in a chair.

As soon as the media carried these videos, a social media outrage broke out which led the jail authorities suspended a few police officers associated with the incident and the situation tightened further for Darshan inside the jail. This appears to have triggered the jailed hero and propelled him to show the middle finger to the media.
Again, this outrageous action by the super hero has provoked strong criticism of him since it was ill-advised to give the media, which has only been carrying out its duties, the finger.
